Semiconductor Chips
| The fact is that most semiconductor chips are not pretty and worse, are so tiny that small flaws show up in photography that are not evident to the eye. Also, any color such as the gold underside tends to wash out because the metal is extremely reflective. In the example below the metal texture was applied to the underside of the chip to make it appear more like the actual chip. Even the black surface of the top side of the chip had to be rebuilt with a dark texturized fill. This is a 6mm chip. |
